VEXIO does not host, upload, or store movie or TV-show video files. Watch pages may embed or link to independent third-party streaming platform providers. If your request concerns a video file itself, you may also need to contact the provider that hosts or controls that stream.

Where to send notices

Email is preferred for speed. Your site administrator should set APP_LEGAL_EMAIL in the environment to the mailbox monitored for DMCA and legal notices. Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

If you must send postal mail, use the legal address supplied by the operator of this domain. Do not send notices to unrelated personal inboxes.

Identification of the work

Clearly identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If many works are listed on one notice, provide a representative list.

Identification of the material

Provide information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on our Service: the full VEXIO URL, title name, season and episode if applicable, and the third-party provider or server option if visible.

Contact information

Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we or your counterparty can reach you.

Good faith statements

• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
